Bread Part II

Here is the french bread I made last night for dinner. Kevin and I also started some sour dough. Leave it to two science nerds to think fermenting flour and water is the perfect way to spend a week off of work. I'll keep you posted as to how the sour dough turns out. The french bread was super easy but it could have used a bit more flavor, a pinch more salt and maybe some herbs. It turned out alright for a first attempt. It was especially yummy hot out of the oven.
