How good does this look??? I am always searching the internet for new dinner ideas. I had seen
101 Cookbooks, a link off
Puddin' Pie and started reading. Then I found this potato gratin and boy does it look good. I think I will be making it soon. Usually gratins are super rich and creamy this one looks hearty but not creamy and oh so full of flavor. Next time I hit the grocery store the ingredients for this will be on my list.
